Machine data logging system by radio

 The data  from multiple machines is reported in one place and logged in a CSV file  every shift.  We can collect cycle times, cycle numbers, uptime/downtime of equipment, pressure and temperature at different times or any data sourced from a machine sensor.  This solution requires a dedicated PC and data can be collected by USB cables from our sensor, or radio for larger distances. We also build custom interfaces that display the shift productivity in real time.

 Pricing guidline: 

• 1 to 5 machines, $899 per machine.

• 6 - 10 machines $799 per machine.

• 11 + machines $699 per machine.

Prices might vary based on the amount of customization and the required customer graphic interface.

The example above shows an uptime applications, however we can also monitor and log analog values, such as a pressure and temperature.  Parts counting and reporting is also available.

In the example below we monitor the uptime of 10 machines as a progress bar.  The pulldown menu shows establishes when the shift started and the green bar indicate what percentage of the elapsed time was used for production. In the same time we save a CSV file showing :

- Cumulated Uptime in hours/min/sec.

- Uptime as a percentage of the shift time.

- Number of ON/OFF cycles per shift.

- Last time a machine sent a transmission.
